Brad Johnson received his BSE in1979 and his Juris Doctor (JD) in 1983.   He was employed as an attorney at the Smith Gill Law Firm in Kansas City from 1983 to1988.   Brad was a business owner from1988-1993. 

He then served as Administrative Hearing Officer for the Missouri Division of Employment Security and as Interim Director of the Missouri Board of Mediation and Legal Counsel for the Missouri Labor Relations Commission from1994-2017.
