You can help us make our school a reality by donating funds for Start-up and/or funds for ongoing operations. Right to Learn Global Literacy Project does not have paid Administrative staff; the President/CEO and all Board Members are volunteers. We will hire school staff including teachers and a cook. 100% of your donation will go towards the start-up and operation of the school.
School Start-up Funds
We have reached 25% of our Start-up Goal of $20,000. Please help us reach our goal so we can open the school!
Your one-time donation will enable us to purchase materials needed to open the school including desks, chairs, chalkboards, school supplies, a computer, printer and books.
We will be providing a nutritious lunch for each student every school day and also need a refrigerator, stove, propane, pots, pans, plates, cups and utensils. Our need is $20,000 to open the school. If you would also like to sponsor a student monthly, please see “Sponsor a Student” below.
All amounts are listed in U.S. dollars. Right to Learn Global Literacy Project, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization and donations are tax deductible per IRS regulations.
Sponsor a Student
We have reached 7.6% of our initial operational needs of $3,265 per month. Please help us to provide a quality education for these deserving children.
Your monthly contribution will enable a needy student to obtain a quality education and receive a nutritious meal every school day.
Our ongoing expenses include salaries for teachers and a part-time cook, a uniform for each student, school supplies, utilities, food, cleaning supplies and general maintenance.
You can sponsor one student for $50.00 per month or multiple students in increments of $50.00. If you would also like to assist with school start-up expenses, please see above for “School Start-Up Funds”.
